In a world with a power structure rooted in belief systems created with the imprints of masculinity, the principle of the 'Divine Feminine' is often rejected. The transfer of its emotions, intuition, sensuality, soft and gentleness and other attributes of this sacred presence are often viewed as weaknesses. Due to the misconception & miseducation of this spiritual (life force) energy, the woman has been held blame for the downfall of humanity and placed in a one size fit all box. This demonization of the Sacred Feminine Principle has not only caused a massive lack of equilibrium in this world, but also an extensive imbalance within the woman’s internal world. Left feeling insecure, insufficient, and incomplete, the woman ultimately becomes subject to emotional and psychological abuse, sexual abuse and harassment, domestic and intimate partner violence, and more. Throughout history, the feminine being has been taken advantage of… dehumanized and degraded for the satisfaction of its masculine counterparts. This great injustice has caused many women and girls to disconnect from their true essence. As a result, a detrimental separation has taken place within the world.

Those 3 words describe the vibrations of Shamika Manuel.
As a rising force of cosmic, healing energy, she has dedicated her life to helping others overcome the effects of their past to create a healthier future.
In 2004, her mission in life was revealed to her. At the time, Shamika felt that she needed to become more equipped to fulfill her purpose and fight for the cause. Therefore, she allowed the universe to guide her so that she could Emerge and become Everything she was sent to be!
In 2010, she was impregnated with the concept of "SHE LIVES!". But giving birth to this idea would not come easy.
On her path, Ms. Manuel had her share of downfalls where she had to fight to get back on solid ground. The psychological, emotional, social, physical, and economic effects of being in a toxic relationship attempted to corrupt her inner world. But her natural gift of levitating allowed her to rise above the low vibrations of emotional trauma, abuse, betrayal, depression, and many dysfunctions of this world.
Shamika is definitely no stranger to pain but neither is she a foreigner to the Land of Conquerors.
By utilizing all of her gifts, talents, and skills, she has transformed her world in every dimension and created a better life for herself and her tribe.
Now as a Life Transformation Specialist, Wellness Coach and Holistic Pranic (Energy) Healer specializing in Yoga, Reiki, Herbal Steaming, Sound Healing, and more, she leads the SHE LIVES! Wellness tribe as they strive to live Whole, Well-balanced, and Aligned!
Shamika Manuel (affectionately known as "Coach Shamika") also serves as a mentor and coach to young girls. In 2010, she established The SHELEADER Company where she is "Empowering Girls to Transform the World". Through this program, young people learn skills such as Decision Making, Goal Setting, Problem Solving, Leadership, and Team Building.
